To be able to perform an outstanding service to vessels in the different anchorages, the company has its own number of boat supply that complies with the strictest Coast Guard regulations.

We count with a different types of launch to provide a full range of boat service, including those with steel hull and diesel engine, as well as speedboat with plastic hull and outboard engine, for a fast service to vessel.

NORMAN BROTHERS has been active in the marine lubricants business as physical supplier for all the main oil companies for more than 50 years. Initially, the company was active as a physical supplier at all main Up River Parana ports, supplying calling vessels with marine lubricants in drums by launch.

Therefore, since the beginning of 2006, NORMAN BROTHERS ordered the construction of the specialized lubricant oil barge LUB EXPRESS, to comply with the raising demand for a superior service to the shipping industry in our area.

So far, NORMAN BROTHERS is able to act as physical supplier, at Rosario, San Lorenzo, Puerto San Martin, Timbues, Villa Constitucion and San Nicolas range ports.

Our main focus is to supply vessels with lubricants at all ports securing high quality product standards, safety procedures and always on time delivery.

We have been nominated by large international ship-owner & ship-manager companies to handle Customs formalities of ships’ spare-part and stores and delivery to various Argentina and Uruguay ports.

Due to our expertise in this field, we have a speedy way of handling these spare-parts and stores into the area and further delivery to the ships without delay.

The Ship Spare Parts we handle for our clients to include main and auxiliary engines, diesel and hydraulic drives and controls, equipment, pumps, automatics, electronics and electro techniques components and a range of valves from marine. We also handle the tools, filters, bearings, welding equipment, safety equipment for workers, valves and as well ship’ general provisions for our clients.

The spare parts will be delivered to the ship according to instructions and when they are needed. Not only do, we collect spares from ship’s suppliers, we also collect spares from the vessels for maintenance or repair.

NORMAN BROTHERS is the proven and recognized service provider in the river transportation for inland barge towing movements.

We are a small niche tugboat company that owns and operates 1 inland push boat, and 1 jumbo dry bulk cargo barge of 2500 MT deadweight.

Barges, on which cargoes are shipped, are non-self-propelled and therefore dependent on a tug for propulsion; where the tug is the prime mover for the barge, connected by steel ropes to the barge.
